Directive 1-25 (UPMCB): Initial Issuance Of The UPM Dollar (UPMD)

The interim Director of the Union of Progressive Micronations Central Bank (UPMCB) and Chairperson of the Union of Progressive Micronations (UPM), Jim S, has issued UPMCB DIRECTIVE 1-25, officially authorizing the UPMCB to issue an initial monetary supply of 10,000.00 UPMD to commence economic activity.
